We’d like you to be completely satisfied with your purchases from us! As such, you may return any unsatisfactory merchandise for exchange or full refund.
BuyMadeinCanada.com will offer the full refund, less the shipping cost, within 30 days of receipt.
To return an item, send us a quick email with the reason of your return, and your invoice number. We will then send you a Return Authorization Number that you must include with the item prior to shipping it back to us.
If you are looking for an exchange, you can do so within 30 days. Please note that we do not refund or exchange unwanted items if the product has been used or the original packaging has been broken.
In case of exchange you will have a store credit for the new item less shipping charges, after we received the merchandise back. Simply e-mail us for a confirmation and a Return Authorization Number.
